Hi! I'm trying to help my mom troubleshoot. She does a virtual fitness class every week, but lately, when she clicks the link to join the meeting from her Gmail, Teams starts a fresh meeting in the desktop app with her as the only participant rather than putting her into the meeting. I've tried having her join in the browser rather than the client app. She's done multiple restarts and logged out of the app as well. Occasionally, she can get in using the Android app on her phone or tablet, but even that isn't working now. I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
