Hi everyone, my organisation is looking at moving to Teams calling plans but we haven't been able to find a clear answer for a question/concern we have.
We would like to know if an inbound phone call goes to a reception number, would the call be transferrable to someone who doesn't have a calling plan assigned? We have phone system licenses for all users, it's just the calling plans that are a bit ambiguous to us.

@mprestage They need to be enabled for calling either with a calling plan or direct routing.
