Hello

Is it possible to Track Time for each call made from a particular channel. ?

Is it possible to retrieve data from backend.?

Appreciate any thoughts on the same.

Nope, but if you have the name of that particular person you could view the call record from Teams admin center with Teams Commuication Support Specialist or Teams Communication Support Engineer role assigned or higher.
Got it. But can't we pull any report from My Analytics, We can see number of calls, emails.
Any inputs..?
