Tried reinstalling and no change.  Can't access top part of teams screen.  Any ideas?

I suppose you should do a clean install, delete everything in the Teams dir or if you want to get more granular: https://commsverse.blog/2018/09/28/clear-the-microsoft-teams-client-cache/

 

Just for the sake of being thorough, try the browser client too.

Has there been any movement on this or resolutions?

I've done a complete reinstall of graphics driver, even uninstalled in safe mode using DDU.

Reinstalled teams completely. wiped out the cache and physically swapped the GPU.

 

Done the latest feature updates for Windows 10 as well.
