Time Report in Teams is not showing all Users

Copper Contributor

Hi,

we started to use Shifts in Teams a few weeks ago. When we export the time report it is not including all users that have an assigned shift on that team.

Any ideas how to fix that?

Many Thanks

Maybe this information will help you. If not please just ignore it.

Microsoft Teams user activity report

I would be happy to know if I could help.

Hi@NikolinoDE

Thanks for the link.

I'm actually looking for the time report in Shifts.

Any idea what to do if not all team members are included on that?

Many Thanks

That is the information that I could still find. Sorry but I can't help anymore, my knowledge is not enough for that.

Removed user appears as "Unknown user" in Microsoft Teams

@Lisa_Simplicity Hi, not sure what's happening here. I've heard about issues with the time report but back then it was a bug and you couldn't even download it. Have you verified that all users are using the clock in / clock out and selecting a time range that should present these users as well?

HI @ChristianBergstrom

thanks for the link, I downloaded it following that guidance and we still have the one user missing.

I've attached two screenshots, one showing our team's shift plan and the other is a snip from the time report.

The missing user number 6 is using the clock in clock out function. He has the role "Member" in the team like the other users.

Any ideas what else we can try?

@Lisa_Simplicity Can't say I'm afraid. Try using Teams online? Just to see. Other than that perhaps it's better if you reach out to the official Microsoft support with a ticket if they can look at some logs etc. (I'm not particular experienced using Shifts).
