there is no button for pop out chat

Hi, i would like to ask. There is no popout button in the chat. This use to fix the messages appearing on top of old messages. but now there is no button to do so, yesterday it worked but now, it doesn't

I've checked on my environment and the pop out option only seems to be available in one to one chats. Group chats and meeting chats can't be "popped out". However if you pop out a chat and then add another user that seems to work.
