We've been unable to access any of our Teams files over multiple Channels, users, file formats etc since Microsoft's outage 24hrs ago. Anybody else experiencing this and had a better response than 'it may take another 24hrs'?
Can you point in the right direction to get it fixed quicker?
So much for all this redundancy and fail-over sales pitch :(
