teams working in browser but not working in windows application.

when i try to start teams in browser it works fine, but when i try to work in windows application it fails the following way:

first the application ask for an account and a code and then it again ask for account and then it shows: "this username can be incorrect. Please sure you writed it properly

we have in problems with this issue, kind regards.
