I am making calls for work through Teams, but when a client doesn't pick up I am unable to leave a voicemail. Once I get to the point where I would leave a voicemail the line automatically disconnects. Is this a setting? How do I fix this because I really need to be able to leave VM for my work.

@EddeeLopez I can't think of any setting to do that, or why anyone would want a setting to do it.
Is this calling clients outside your organisation? It would seem like a question for your orgs Teams administrators to investigate related to how they are providing external dialling. If they are using a device called and SBC I would be looking into it's logs to see why the call had dropped.
