Teams will not send video feed to participants

Hello Teams community, 

I need help on this issue. I noticed that video conferencing device (DELL C2722DE) does not work when connected to Teams on Surface Go 2 or 3. It wont send video feed to participants. This is only affecting Teams desktop client. It works well with Teams on the web or when using Teams on Azure virtual desktop. The Teams client is up to date, the device Surface Go 2 or 3 has been formatted but still same issue. Please advise on what to do.

NOTE: Teams on Surface pro laptop works well with the video conferencing device DELL C272DEE
