We are using the new webinar feature in Teams and we are recording every webinar for our customers. The last 3 recordings didn't have any video material. Only the audio stream is available. Does anyone has an answer to this?
What should be in the video? Remember that PowerPoint Live isn't part of the recording at the moment, you would only get content if a screen was being shared or cameras were turned on.
When you get the recording, what do you see instead?
We didn't use PowerPoint Live. Videos were turned on and a screen was shared. The recording shows the grey screen with the information of the webinar: name, time, name of host, ...
