When our operator answers a call through the auto attendant, sometimes it's a vendor looking to speak to an employee or something and she would like to send that person calling straight to another employee's Teams Voice VM.
We were able to do that with our legacy PBX phone system. Does anyone know of a way to do it with Teams Voice? (hope that makes sense). Or the only choice is to transfer the call and let the user send them to VM?
