Hi Community,

 

Below a specific scenario where a PSTN Call is hang up abnormally.

Context :

  • Country/Tenant FR
  • Teams Voice Full SaaS : Phone System + Calling Plan
  • Teams Only User

Scenario :

  • Incomming or Outgoing Calls
  • Put the call on hold
  • Resume the call
  • Try to transfert the call (blind or consultative)
  • The call is hang up PSTN side
  • The call is alive with timer Teams Side (no audio of course)

The problem is 100 % reproducible.

The problem appears both in new or old experience user (seperate windows)

The problem is solved with the Music On Hold disabled in Teams Calling Policy

 

It's specific scenario but for the moment I will desactivate the MOH feature.

I'll try to analyse the calls in analytics tool and open a SR in Tenant Support.

There has been some complaints around the same as I was seeing another customer mentioning the same. Can you test two things for me?

 

1. Try to re-produce the issue with the Teams Web-Client and see if we are able to re-produce the issue.

2. Try to re-produce the issue with the Teams Certified Phone Device and see if we are able to reproduce the issue.

Any idea regarding resolution since last friday ?
