Teams users in the US unable to receive or make external calls

Hi, I have a few users in the US side of our company who are having trouble making or receiving external calls since last Wednesday, nothing appears to have changed network side at least. On 1 users PC I have removed and reinstalled Teams, cleared Cache, deleted SquirrelTemp etc with no change.

Any tips welcome thanks

- what sort of trouble? any error messages ?

- how is their calling configured, call plans, SBC etc ?




Basically when trying to make a call, after 5 seconds Teams drops the call, same if it’s incoming or outgoing. No error message as such. Not sure on the call plan tbh. 
I’m fairly new to the Telephony side of Teams tbh. 
I’ll take another look tomorrow.
