I have a user who cannot be heard in their Teams meetings.
I removed and updated the driver on their mic, ensured it has permission to work with Teams, disabled and reenabled it, and verified it was routed properly in their system sound settings and within Teams. But they still cannot be heard.
In other apps, like Skype, their microphone functions. When I'm in their settings, their mic shows it's picking up input as the bar jumps up and down as they talk.
I had them do a test call in Teams, and they reported just hearing flickering and never hearing back what they recorded.
I reinstalled Teams to no avail. Any ideas?
We're on Windows 10 Enterprise, 64 bit Teams 1.5.00.21668
