I had the same issue with a Teams meeting today. A few of the attendees called in on their phones. One of them had their phone and the computer on providing some feedback. So, I muted everyone. Unbeknownst to me, the people on the phones could not unmute (from their phone or on the computer). And I couldn't unmute them either. Please help. @HelpDeskDrone

After troubleshooting this with an associate, it turns out the only way to unmute a phone on a Teams call is for the phone user to press *65
That would be useful information to include with the Team meeting request all-in number.
It does say that when you first dial in, if you're not listening, could be easily missed.
