Teams Transfer Issue Yealink MP56

I have an issue with my teams’ phone.
When I put an call on consult (hold) the person I am trying to transfer does n ’t answer it then goes to voicemail.
I then try to return to the caller – it cuts off completely and shows the TEAMS main page.
Callers then think I have cut them off!
Can you assist?

Just got this ticket through at work and was just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue such as this or is this a user based error? If so, is there any documentation to educate out there? I've currently only been in my position for a year so I am new to the job an

Hi,

Can you ensure that we have the latest firmware installed on the MP56 device. Can you please request the admin to update the firmware for the device.

MP56 Teams app crash ad restart during consult.

Hi,

Can you check if you are able to upgrade the firmware on the device? The Teams Version seems to the older one.
