Anyone know why when I am in the middle of a call I get placed on hold with a prompt that states" whoops something went wrong" its still functional just an annoyance. I do not have internet issue and the laptop i work from is fairly new.
Here are few things to check which version of Teams you have, have you tried updating your teams, if yes have you tried uninstall completely and reinstall the newer version.
