Teams öffnet sich seit heut nicht mehr automatisch und fordert zur Anmeldung auf. Nach der Anmeldung kommt die Fehlermeldung "Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Wiederherstellung läuft...". Es passiert nichts. 

Deinstallation und Neuinstallation wurde bereits erfolglos durchgeführt. 

An den Anmeldedaten liegt es nicht.

Can you please try to login to the web client of teams? (Teams.microsoft.com)
Also try clearing the cache:

Der login beim web client funktioniert sehr gut.

Chache habe ich ebenso gelöscht allerdings bleibt das Problem bestehen. Erneut zeigt es das Anmeldefenster an und sobald ich meine E-Mail eingegeben habe und auf "Anmelden" klicke kommt die Fehlermeldung. Ich komme nicht einmal zu dem Schritt, wo das Kennwort eingegeben werden muss.

Uninstall the client then..
Clear all cache - delete all teams folders in your local data folder
Reinstall
