Teams shutting down

I have one person in the organization whose Teams will show her not active and she will not get instant messages from anyone on the team.  It seems like it falls asleep.  Any idea what is causing this?

What does her status say? Can you change it? What does it say when someone tries to message her?

Thanks for the quick reply.  It seems like it changes her status to offline.  I follow her status and it seems like it blinks off and on throughout the day. When people message her it says nothing.  What happens is she will eventually see the message, but sometimes it takes awhile.
