Teams shifts

Is it possible to open shifts directly into an different vieuwing mode: Teamshifts. 

When I open shifts it always goes back to my own shifts.

I don't think so. But you can request this feature or search the Microsoft Teams feedback portal, if a feature request already exists :backhand_index_pointing_down:
