Teams Set Up for Nested Organisational Structure

Our department consists of Region 1 and Region 2 with Function A and Function B in each region. Is it possible to set up a Team for the Department with channels for each permutation of hierarchy that automatically updates as and when members join or leave teams within the Department as managed through outlook distribution lists or similar? The structure would be as per below:

 

Department Team

> General and other channels for everyone in the department

> Region 1 channels just for members of Region 1 - Function A and Region 1 - Function B lists

> Region 2 channels just for members of Region 2 - Function A and Region 2 - Function B lists

> Function A channels just for members of Region 1 - Function A and Region 2 - Function A lists

> Function B channels just for members of Region 1 - Function B and Region 2 - Function B lists
