Teams Screen Sharing - We Ran into a Problem errors

We have a few people who receive the We ran into a problem message when they try to share their screen in a meeting, call or chat.   They are all running version:


We have done the following:

  1. Uninstalled Teams
  2. Cleared all data/folders for Teams in App/Data
  3. Cleared all saved credentials via Settings
  4. Rebooted
  5. Re-installed Teams

The above steps will help at first but after a few minutes the error returns and pops up every time they try to share again.

I have exactly the same problem with exactly the same Version of Teams. Is there a way to get more information than just "We ran into a problem"?
1. Check your Internet connection
2. Close background apps.
3. Check for permissions/grant permission to the participants
4. Lower display resolution
5. Try another screen-sharing tool.

@MikeK2022 - we have the same issue when it is a 1:1 Call - if you join a Meeting everything works well. since update to Teams Version (64-bit).
