Teams Rooms on Android - Display Name Change

We use Poly X30/X50/TC8 Meeting Room Devices.

We have created the Azure AD accounts and licensed them properly.

Initially, we have configured a Display name to be: Teams Rooms on Android "VC Meeting Room – 45G - xx. xx", and now we need to rename these devices to something like that "MR45G-03.12".

we have renamed these successfully in Azure AD and the change has propagated everywhere, except the End Devices themself.

When looking at the Device installed in the meeting room, the screens still show old Display Name.

What are the steps to force the AAD Display name to the devices. Thanks

Hi Ini,

Not the way you would want to do it, but have you tried checking the display name that's configured via the x30\x50 web GUI? Interested to see if it's been set at first time setup and it's not refreshing from AD

Hi Ini, any luck getting an answer? i've made my display name change over 48hrs ago and the Poly X50 still does not display updated name.
I assume if I log out of the teams account and log back in, I'm assuming it will update but I can't do this remotely. Anyone with additional feedback?
