Teams Rooms - Display standby / lock screen

Copper Contributor
Hi,

We are considering to deploy teams rooms but we are concerning about confidentiality: we meet with several guests in our offices and we have to ensure the privacy of our guests so because teams room console displays the scheduled meetings in a “large size” we need to know if is it possible to turn of display or put it on a standby mode or lock it with a passcode.
Thank you.

I don't think there is any Microsoft Teams Room system with a power button on the control screen but there is an option to hide the meeting name, that could help you with the confidentiality issue.

Thank you.
But if there are more than one meeting scheduled for the same time how can I identify each one? Can I tap over and get the details?
In the front screen (tv) any calendar information is displayed right?
And a lock screen code is possible?

@Ivo Fernandes You should not be able to schedule two meetings at the same time. When you schedule the meeting Exchange should check if the time slot is available or not, if the time slot already is booked by someone else it should deny the second meeting request.

There is no native support for lock screen code.
