Teams Room Licencing

I have 9 Microsoft Teams Room devices which are all licensed for Microsoft Teams Room Pro and i can confirm this in the Teams admin portal and the Microsoft Admin Center under billing and licences.

 

However upon enrolling my devices to the Microsoft Teams Room portal (https://portal.rooms.microsoft.com/) it reports all peripherals etc ok but in the licence column it shows as Unlicensed.

 

Does anyone know how to update this to show the correct licencing?

 

I attach a screenshot of these areas all showing the correct licencing but the portal rooms isnt picking this up

Perhaps it's delay in replication. If more than 24h have passed, best open a support case.
