Teams Request control in Web client

Dear Community,

I was trying to get remote control of another member of my organization using my Teams Web client however there I didn't find an option to do so.

Even there is no Microsoft article which refer this option is available or not in web client.

Hence requesting your expertise in this topic.

@vivish : Hello,

At this moment both the parties must be using Teams desktop client to give & take control. The feature you are expecting is not supported when any one of the parties are running Teams in a browser. It is a limitation in MS teams and Microsoft is planning to fix.
