Teams recording didn't capture a single participant even though live he can be seen

Hi,

We have a person who did recording of a Teams meeting and when played back one of the participants video does not appear. Audio is fine but his video just shows the letter F. During the meeting, they could see his video fine. And everyone else in the meeting can be seen as well.

Any thoughts on why that happened?
