Teams randomely unmuting during long calls

Hey all - something Ive noticed is teams self-unmuting during calls.  This is a problem as I havent noticed it for some time and end up talking over calls.  Is this a known issue or is there a setting I need to make?

Might be the audio device you are using that unmutes, what kind of audio device are you using and is it updated with latest firmware?
