I noticed yesterday that Teams on my PC (Win 10 Enterprise, build 1803) always stays in the foreground. If I drag another window into the same part of the screen, Teams is up front and the other app/window is in the back. This is quite annoying. I've tried re-launching Teams and even rebooted the computer twice. There doesn't seem to be any setting in Teams that would cause this.
Has anyone else noticed this and, if so, found a fix?

My computer was acting more possessed than usual, so I did a full shutdown & startup (rather than just reboot) and that seems to have exorcised this particular demon.
