I'm involved in a project to migrate our phones to teams.
I'm looking for some info on basic training and FAQs for users who will be able to make/receive calls.
As a technical(ish) person, I get it, but I'd like some help with what to expect from users and their potential questions.
what questions did you receive when migrating?

some basic questions are mainly how to use Teams soft client or IP phone to do normal phone call scenarios.
How can I transfer a call?
How does it work with call pick up?
What about boss/admin feature?
Does Microsoft Teams provides busy-on-busy (more German or european request)?
What about voicemail?
