@ZKIPPy Hello, this could be a case of just have to wait for the change to synchronize. How long has it been? Is the issue only appearing for one classmate? If so, have him/her sign out and back in manually to refresh settings. The classmate could also try using an InPrivate / Incognito window to see if the behavior is reproducible online.
