Teams policy package assignment

Valued Contributor

Please i need your help on this.

We are trying to assign policy package to a group of Teams users using PowerShell's cmdlets. We able to assign the policy package 'Education_SecondaryStudent' to a single user using 'new_csbatchpolicypackageassignmentoperation' cmdlet.

However, I can't seem to be able to assign the same policy package to a batch of users using the 'new_csbatchpolicyassignmentoperation' cmdlet

I don't get any error messages but the team users in the txt files are not assigned the policy package!?

This cmdlet with the exact same parameters used to work last year but it is not this year. Any changes since last year please?

How do I find out the status of an operation by the operation ID please?

Try Get-CsBatchPolicyAssignmentOperation to see if that picks up the package operation. If it does that should supply the list of Operation ID's and their status

Then you would use

Get-CsBatchPolicyAssignmentOperation -OperationId [OperationID] | fl

Let me know how you get on

Best, Chris
