Teams Phone Auto Attendant Ringing Busy

As of a few days ago, our Auto Attendant for our 1-800 number is ringing busy. nothing has changed on our end or any settings changed.
What should I be looking at to try and fix this? It is attached to a resource account and haven't had issues before.
I also want to make note that when I tried assigning a different number, and called, it worked fine. Once assigning it back to the original it wouldn't work again. Lastly, I am able to call the AA with my Teams Phone number via the Teams Desktop and the call goes through properly. It seems to be just outside calls.

Can you check the following information?

1. Check if you have the communication credit balance intact?
2. When you have a different number is it another 1800 Number or a Toll Number?

The issue only happens when the Communications Credit balance is zero.
