Hi All,
I have an issue where Microsoft Teams is still saying I am out of office on my mobile, browser version and application on the laptop, even though I have turned it off in OWA.
I have done the following...
Checked the Calendar to ensure no events have been set as OOO as a status.
Cleared all the cache on my laptop.
Set my Outlook to Offline, and re-enabled it to force it to connect to the exchange.
Re-enabled my OOO in outlook, and turn it off again see if it would trigger the change.
In teams updated my status too Busy, then available.
I am running out of Ideas, wondering if it take time for it to replicate but it been just over 9 hours.
Any support would be appreciated,
thank you
James

Yeah, it happens to me as well, and resetting the status doesnt seem to help either. It does get updated eventually, so just wait. Or if you feel like it, open a support case to report this, so that Microsoft fixes it eventually.

By opening a support case from the admin portal, or asking your IT team to do the same.
