Teams on Calendar

don't have Teams icon on my outlook calendar to schedule a meeting

In Outlook, go to File -> Options -> Customize Ribbon, then in "Choose commands from" select "All commands". Here you can find "New Teams Meeting". Simpy add it to one of your tabs.

what if I've done that and the icon sits on my Ribbon but is grayed out @recycle
