teams notification not working when using flow bot

Hi am trying to send notification to end user using teams connector post a message as a flow bot to user, it works on desktop but not on mobile phone.
do you know why?

If it works on the Desktop Teams then the issue is in Mobile phone/Teams side. Have you checked that notification settings (that you can set on Teams Mobile on top of standard Teams notifications) have not been changed? And that the mobile is not in Do not disturb mode and that notifications are allowed?

Mobile phone is the reason why I keep my Chat message & atMention notifications on in my Teams --> I get the notification to mobile phone notification area as well.
