Hi @asvs1,

If you're experiencing issues with reaction emojis not appearing in the Teams chat app on your Samsung S23 Ultra, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Restart the app: Close the Teams app completely and then reopen it. This can help refresh the app and resolve minor glitches.

2. Update the Teams app: Make sure you have the latest version of the Teams app installed on your Samsung S23 Ultra. Outdated versions may have bugs or compatibility issues. Visit the Google Play Store to check for any available updates and install them if necessary.

3. Clear app cache: Clearing the app cache can sometimes resolve issues with certain features. To do this, go to Settings on your phone, find the Apps or Application Manager section, locate Microsoft Teams, and tap on it. Then, select the option to clear the app cache.

4. Clear app data: Clearing the app data will reset the Teams app to its default settings. Keep in mind that this will log you out of the app, so make sure you know your login credentials. To clear app data, go to Settings, find the Apps or Application Manager section, locate Microsoft Teams, and tap on it. Then, select the option to clear app data.

5. Reinstall the Teams app: If the above steps didn't resolve the issue, try uninstalling the Teams app from your Samsung S23 Ultra and then reinstall it from the Google Play Store. This will ensure you have a fresh installation of the app.

6. Check device compatibility: Confirm that your Samsung S23 Ultra meets the minimum system requirements for the Teams app. Visit the official Microsoft Teams website or the Google Play Store to check the app's compatibility with your device.

Remember to regularly update both the Teams app and your Samsung S23 Ultra's operating system to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
