We have strange issues. If use access Teams locally and click on Channel --> Files Tab then all file structure is displayed. If the same user logs into Citrix and access the same channel --> File tab then the page is blank. Does anyone know what is going on?
Hello @Jimmy_Anderson_88 I did a search in this community and in Bing and wasn't able come up with a similar scenario. I suggest you open a ticket at answers.microsoft.com and see what the tech support team can do for your particular issue.
