Even when my app is dormant on my mobile phone (and the app is active on my desktop), calls come through to my phone for a few rings prior to my laptop ringing. A few of my colleagues are having the same issue. We are currently in different locations (working from home) so it is not a WiFi issue.
Is there a work around or solution to this? Teams is updated - notification settings are enabled.
To add to the annoyance, I use a Bluetooth headset so when my mobile phone rings, it automatically answers on my phone rather than my computer and I cannot share my screen without hanging up and calling back. Alternatively, I risk missing the call while waiting for my laptop to ring.
Thank you in advance.

Noticing that this is happening intermittently for myself and some of my users @talameda.
Would be good to gain some understanding from Microsoft as to why this happens and if anything can be done to mitigate.
Like you, Teams was active on my desktop and the iPhone locked and off to the side.
