Teams missing from available services in 365 admin center

We can't get teams to be available to our organization.  Attached is a screenshot of our available services.

Also when trying to sign up for teams from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/compare-microsoft-teams-options?activetab=pivot:prim...

we get (Microsoft Teams) is disabled error.  Screenshot attached

(different application ID is used there, but same steps are needed)

Figured out I did a trial on paid teams, so only the paid version will be available to the organization for eternity. I bought and assigned a license, it is working again.
