Teams Missed activity emails org-wide configuration

Is there anyway we can configure org-level global setting for Teams "Missed activity emails" to deliver to users' mailbox daily.

 

Currently users can configure their desktop client (As soon as possible, every 10 mins, hour, 8 hours, daily, off), but don't see any option to setup org-level.

 

We want to configure notification settings daily for all users.

No way to do this outside of the client, so each user needs to configure it for themselves.
