We are looking at teams to bring all the company chat into one solution (Slack, Skype personal & Skype for business), SfB contacts seem straight forward but how to migrate a Skype personal user in as there seems to be no migration path.
As we see it you can (with very limited functions) chat Teams to Skype personal but the Teams user has to use the Skype users email on the skype account, but in Skype everyone used the Skype ID so most don't remember the email address they used when setting up the account. So let look at the Skype personal contact export, nop that's no good as it does not include the email address.
Any suggestions as the thought of telling the users they have to manually find and type in the email address for the Skype contact is not going to go down well, it may even kill this project as they just wont do it!
