Teams messages do not arrive in the desktop app

We have some problems with the receipt of messages in the Teams client (first occurrence on 5. Dec 2022).

Error pattern:
Messages arrive too late in the desktop version.
Unfortunately, the problem occurs sporadically. 
Messages arrive in the web version as well as on the smartphone.

Possible solutions so far:
Logging out and logging in to Teams
The cache was deleted
Restarts (system, not only Teams) do not help either
Teams was reinstalled


Any other ideas?

It is a bit less info what operating system. what install of teams etc.
Do you install it yourself or is it done from packages 

Network is there a proxy etc

Operating system is Windows 11.
And Teams was downloaded from Microsoft source and installed again. No proxy is used.
