i was trying to access an Interview meeting earlier and this message keeps coming up. 

< User acount <my email> from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in 'company' and cannot access the application in that tenant. The accounts needs to be added in as an external user in tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
