Teams Meeting - Ability to have only two cameras displayed for a meeting

Copper Contributor

My company is organizing interviews for the rest of the staff to watch. It will be me, the person I am interviewing, and anyone else from the staff who logs on.

I'd like to only have me and the person I am interviewing as the only active screens during the meeting. Is there a way to do this? I haven't tried but would it work if everyone but the two people talking turns off their camera?

The last time I did this, it was me, the interviewee and two random staff members. We did use the spotlight feature but it didn't appear to do what we were looking for.

Hi @JamesLe1460  If others on the call turn off their cameras, you'd still see still photos and their names on screen, but not their videos.

I think what you want here is the ability to spotlight the video of two people in a Teams Meeting: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/spotlight-someone-s-video-in-a-teams-meeting-58be74a4-efa...

Check it out and let us know if it works for you
