Teams is Showing Two Accounts, but cannot log into one that appears to belong to a business

I have a personal Microsoft 365 account. I have a Personal/Family account named "Personal" and then another account named "personal" that I get an error message for. Microsoft chat support cannot remove my duplicate account and instructed me to post here to get support. Can anyone here give guidance on how to remove this duplicate account?

Do you have all credentials for them?

Are they set up on the same email address?

There several guides how to disconnect an email address from an account or remove an account out there

@adam deltinger Yes, it's all tied to a personal Microsoft account with an outlook.com address. The problem is when I try to sign into the account, I get an error saying the user account does not exist....
