teams integration with avaya

i have Avaya ip pbx on site the session border control is Portwell CAD server the os version 7.2.2 do we have any way to make integration between teams and avaya ip pbx ?

and i need clear steps to do it .

Hi,

The only supported way to do this is to get a supported SBC (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/direct-routing-border-controllers) and then connect that one to Teams using Direct Routing. And connect that SBC to your Portwell CAD (or directly to Avaya).
