Teams - Incoming Call Rings

We don't use voicemail on Teams and have it disabled. Calls ring into our desktop / mobile clients and end if someone doesn't pick up. However the calls ring through for quite a while. From the settings page in my profile it looks like incoming calls are set to redirect in 20 seconds but I've timed it and its 55 seconds before the call ends. Is there a way to change this globally? The current setting isn't applying. I've not found much information on this, wonder if someone has run into this.

Hi, @sdlengua   Are you able to compare your settings with someone else in your group?  If they are both the same, then it could be a bug.  You can report that on our Uservoice feedback forum.

 

You could also try submitted a ticket at the answers.microsoft.com tech support site (I searched for a answer to similar questions and didn't find anything of substance).  Hope this helps.
