Not a phone guy so not sure if I am asking the question correctly. Due to Covid, I have users working from home and in an office for a given shift. I can easily of course forward my main line to Teams so the home user can answer, but its a 2 person shift with one being home and one being in the office. I'd like it to be where if the home user doesn't answer in 2-3 rings, it will ring an exernal ( to teams ) phone or group of phones at the main office. Is it possible to do this?
I already have a fully functional phone system in teams setup and it works great when I transfer our main line to my teams auto-attendant, and we've used it during hurricanes where no one was in the main office, but now because Covid is spreading through the office but people need to keep working I would like this hybrid setup if possible. Thanks!
